Exchange or Return of Goods
Bangkok Store does not support exchange or return of products or refunds.
Incase of damaged goods on arrival, the customer can contact the shipping company to return the goods to be replaced.
The product is not accepted for replacements if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Bangkok Store online store;
The goods will be replaced within the terms established by the current legislation
